Jiho ignored him because it wasn’t worth answering. However, Hui Lim is persistent. With his feet sinking into the swamp, Jiho has no way to run from Hui Lim, who is following him by floating in the air.
“I’ll be good to you. Let’s date.”
“I don’t want to.”
“Why? I’m handsome.”
Hui Lim confidently gloated. Jiho glanced at him before sighing. Yes, he’s handsome. But Jiho isn’t affected because he lives with and sees someone who is actually handsome every day.
Understanding that this isn’t something he should say to someone with a grudge against Joo Yiwon, Jiho hid his true feelings and answered indifferently.
“Yes, you are handsome. You’re handsome, but you’re not my type. First of all, Hunter Chun Hui Lim is a man.”
“Then what about Joo Yiwon? That guy’s a man too.”
Why did Joo Yiwon appear? Jiho was about to go off, but he took several deep breaths to hold it in.
“…Like I said, I have no relationship with Joo Yiwon.”
“Then go out with me once. I’m good to my partners.”
Jiho snorted at Hui Lim’s gall.
“What do you mean you’re good to them; you’re a cheater. It’s well-known.”
“Ah, you’ve heard? But it looks like you’ve only heard half of it. I’m also well-known for being good at this-and-that with my partners.”
Hui Lim’s greasy whisper made Jiho feel sick. Yes, he’s heard those rumors too. That partners who broke up with Hui Lim after a fight end up going back to him….
But Jiho stayed silent, unable to understand why they’d go back to this guy. Hui Lim poked Jiho’s cheek.
“Believe me. And I’ve never done anything to be called a cheater. Since I’ve never gone out with two people at the same time. You’re different, so I’ll treat you especially well.”
“I’m good. I don’t want to date someone who talks about their exes that way.”
“Hey, don’t worry about my past. Doesn’t everyone like it when a cheater settles down for one person?”
“I do not. No, before that, why do you want to date me?”
Chun Hui Lim is being too persistent to brush it off as a joke. When Jiho turned around and made eye contact with Hui Lim, Hui Lim grinned like he had been waiting for this moment.
“I feel like once you like someone, you’re the type to give them your body and your everything.”
“…”
In other words, he wants to date Jiho to obtain his body and take everything he has?
Jiho gripped his staff and considered hitting Hui Lim with it.
“But if I say this, you won’t date me, right?”
“…I’m glad you are aware.”
Thankfully, it looks like that persistence was a joke, as Hui Lim didn’t mind Jiho’s rejection and laughed out loud.
Yeah, he shouldn’t react to such useless jokes. It’s his fault for expecting sincerity from a guy who bet on something as important as the rights to a dungeon.
Jiho left Hui Lim behind and stoically walked forward. Having laughed his fill, Hui Lim quickly flew up to Jiho and whispered teasingly.
“But I wasn’t joking about treating you well if I decide to settle down. See, it’s one of my oldest dreams to have a family.”
“…”
Though other people would’ve taken it as another joke, Jiho was so flustered that he couldn’t come up with a quick response.
That’s because he knows those words are Chun Hui Lim’s true feelings.
Chun Hui Lim’s entire family died. And it looks like they died desperately hoping for Chun Hui Lim to continue living. How Jiho knows this….

Because they’re clearly written in Chun Hui Lim’s skill descriptions.
Other than the skill associated with his own birthday, [The One Who Links Taurus], all of the skills Chun Hui Lim usually uses are related to his deceased family.
While the descriptions fully demonstrate Hui Lim’s family’s warm affection, they’re too cruel for the person left behind.
Maybe it’s a relief that Chun Hui Lim can’t see the system. It wouldn’t matter if Chun Hui Lim was a good-for-nothing who doesn’t care about his family’s deaths, but based on the description of [The Last Survivor]….

| The Last Survivor (Lv. 2) | |

…Jiho can tell that Hui Lim isn’t as easy going of an individual as he sounds.
Even though he’s promiscuous and perverted and exhibits a terrible personality, he probably means what he said about family.
“Judging from your lack of a response, have you been moved?”
“No.”
Sympathy is sympathy, being moved is a completely different story. Though he does feel bad for unintentionally learning Hui Lim’s secret through the system.
Then, Jiho, who ignored Hui Lim as he walked, suddenly stopped.
Seeing Jiho’s expression stiffen, Chun Hui Lim glanced at the swamp before frowning. He shouted.
“Wait, there’s something there.”
As soon as his words fell, everyone stopped. Not taking his eyes off that spot, Jiho cautiously mumbled.
“That looks a little big.”
“You stay here.”
Chun Hui Lim floated forward and carefully set his foot down on the swamp. While everyone else’s feet sink into the swamp, Hui Lim looks like he’s looking around on flat ground.
Far away, bubbles were bubbling up above the water’s surface. However, besides these sudden bubbles, there’s no other change.
The swamp is so silent that it’s hard to believe there’s something moving under it.
But both Jiho and Hui Lim definitely sense something underwater.
It’s getting closer. Violent, barely-suppressed mana with a murderous intent that reeks of blood. And when that mana came close, small ripples appeared on the surface of the silent swamp.
Right when they discovered that, a huge shadow shot up from the thick fog.
What appeared in front of them was an extremely dangerous-looking giant alligator.
Compared to normal alligators, the size of the alligator that appeared is on another level; the monster’s so big that it’s surprising how silent it was in its approach. Not only is the monster’s body the size of a small plane, but its teeth that stick out are the size of one adult. Its size makes anyone feel small.
On top of that, the color of this dangerous monster matches the color of the swamp, making it hard to distinguish from the surroundings when it passes by. The monster’s black eyes and bloody pupils glinting with bloodlust are the only features that stand out.
Known as the king of the swamp, the alligator must’ve grown stronger from feeding off of the nightmares of its victims.
Once Jiho saw the alligator, he opened its system window.

Jiho had a suspicion while it was still creeping up on them. Based on the monster’s system window, this is the dungeon’s mid-boss.
But the alarm from the appearance of the mid-boss didn’t last long.
BOOOOM!
CLANG!
BAAANG!
“…”
As soon as Jiho checked the monster’s identity, there was an explosion of skills.
Though they didn’t go as crazy as Chun Hui Lim did when Jiho used [Blessing of the Star], the guildmembers were excited, and they channeled all of that excitement into firing their skills.
Jiho found familiar faces in the mob. Lim Seung Joo and Sung Moon Young, who entered the dungeon with Jiho, were doing their part in the attack.
Thanks to this, despite Petaobito’s grand title of [Master of the West Swamp], it fell apart in an instant.
Petaobito tried its best to fight back. It made a lot of fatal attacks too.
However, all of Petaobito’s desperate counter attacks were rendered useless by Chun Hui Lim before they could reach Heaven’s guildmembers. Either a great wall of mud appeared between them or swamp water suddenly roared down like a waterfall, and when none of those worked, Hui Lim lifted the guildmembers in danger into the air and moved them back.
Chun Hui Lim, who defended while launching the strongest attacks on Paobito, looked incredibly relaxed.
Chun Hui Lim’s skill, [The One Who Links Taurus] controls earth, [Fragment of Aries] fire, [Fragment of Cancer] water, and [Fragment of Libra] wind. His ability to freely control multiple attributes is too OP.
Although Chun Hui Lim has always been known for freely using all attributes, he’s never revealed the exact details of his skillset.
Everyone thought that his four attributes were equal in power. Who would’ve known that the skills are a mix between S-rank to B-rank.
Hui Lim probably controls it so that people can’t tell which attribute is weaker. From what Jiho’s seen, it looks like he mixes two skills at once to make it harder to tell.
‘Even though he’s a bit perverted, he’s definitely talented.’
Even if Hui Lim says he’s going to leave, because of the contract, he’ll be under Heaven for the next couple of years. As long as Jiho aims to become an S-rank guild, Chun Hui Lim is someone he has to watch out for.
Although Jiho wants to observe Chun Hui Lim more closely, the mid-boss is too weak for the current raid team. While it held out for a bit, it only took about five minutes for Petaobito to fall in two pieces.
This monster shouldn’t have been so easy to kill.
As soon as Petaobito fell, everyone cheered in unison from the thrill. With no one badly hurt, it was a nearly perfect attack.
On top of that, based on the chatter from the guildmembers surrounding Petaobito, it looks like it dropped some pretty good items.
Jiho checked his inventory, which only holds his personal belongings in it. Had his system inventory’s [Auto-Collect Dropped Items] setting been on, those items might’ve been in Jiho’s hands, but he wasn’t particularly disappointed.
‘It’s better to share than for me to hog everything.’
He doesn’t feel comfortable reaping all the benefits by himself. That includes the system’s benefits.
“Do you want it?”
Coincidentally, a question that seemed to come straight from Jiho’s thoughts came in. Of course, his intention was completely misread.
Chun Hui Seong, who had come up to Jiho, turned his head.
“That item. Do you want it?”
“No, I am just looking.”
“Isn’t it tempting? After all, it’s an equipment item from an S-rank dungeon. Furthermore, newer dungeons tend to have better items, you know?”
Although Jiho quickly denied it because he was afraid of being misunderstood, Chun Hui Seong stared at him with strange eyes as he encouraged Jiho. Jiho resolutely shook his head.
“Of course it would be nice to have, but I do not want it. I am only here as an aid today.”
“But this achievement is all thanks to the aid of Guildmaster Shin Jiho-nim. This would have been impossible for our guild alone. We probably wouldn’t have been able to make even half of this progress.”
Hui Seong naturally praised Jiho’s importance. However, Jiho felt uncomfortable by his friendly attitude.
Unlike Chun Hui Lim, who ended the conflict with an apology, Chun Hui Seong, who’s acting as if nothing had happened, seems a lot darker inside.
“Speaking of which, about the dungeon ownership rights we promised to transfer earlier.”
The result of the deal between Lim Seung Joo and Chun Hui Lim is that Heaven Guild must transfer the rights to one of their dungeons to No Name.
Jiho doesn’t have high hopes. Heaven owns multiple dungeons. Of those, it’s obvious that they’ll give the rights to the dungeon with the least value. Of course, even that’s something No Name would be grateful for.
“The rights to this dungeon, would No Name like it?”
At that time, Hui Seong made a shocking proposal.
LaZ Bird Corner
I agree, Hui Lim is a jerk but at least he’s an honest and self-aware jerk. Hui Seong is suspicious….
Also a little note: The reason I used the 13 astrological zodiac is because Chun Hui Lim’s younger sibling is supposed to be a Libra, but it didn’t fit in the dates of the 12 astrological zodiac.
